Zelyra had sprinted from her personal cave as soon as she smelled the dawn. Her Terra's Bite was finally gone, and she could move again. Not only could she move again, she could run again. As she reached the entrance to the caverns she began to slow, and once she was outside, she slid into the snow bank and burrowed into the snow. Zel felt like a cub getting to explore the outside for the first time. Then she remembered she was the Lady of a group, and felt her face grow hot. She slowly lifted her head out of the snow, and sighed in great relief when she saw no other lions. Zel picked herself up out of the snow and shook the cold, white substance from her golden fur.

She turned back to the entrance to go and speak with her group and her guests, to assure them she was okay, but before Zel could enter she smelled an unfamiliar feline. She determined from the scent it was a young female, and the smell was getting stronger. She turned and looked out into the valley. Quickly approaching her lands was a fairly large, female lion, her dark coat standing out in the white snow. Zelyra assumed a posture suiting her position as Lady, just in case she was here to challenge her. She stood tall with her ears up and my claws extended.

When the female finally reached the Lady, Zel spoke, "Greetings, I am Zelyra, Lady of Good Crossing. May I ask what is your business here?" This lioness did not appear pregnant, and it was not yet the season of birth, when Good Crossing encountered the rush of pregnant females. Zel assumed this lioness simply wanted a home, like the formally newest arrival, Deep Freeze. Zel watched with my piercing pale blue eyes, the expression of the other female.



And the only thing we know
is things don't always go
the way we planned.

Before Jade knew it another lioness appeared in fron of her standing tall.Jade was not here to challenge her authority she was simply in need of a place to stay then the other lady spoke and said ;
"Greetings, I am Zelyra, Lady of Good Crossing. May I ask what is your business here?"
"Hello there Zelyra my name is Jade i have been traveling for a few days and im liking the looks of this place"she said kindly to the lady.She still stood her piercing blue eyes showing no emotion at all.Jade's emotions were hard to read and she made it this way.I looked up to the sky clouds covering the sun making it colder.I flicked my tail back and forth waiting for Zelyra to reply

I listened as my assumption was proved true.
"Hello there Zelyra. My name is Jade. I have been traveling for a few days and I'm liking the looks of this place."
Zelyra dipped her head slightly, to acknowledge the lioness' request. She then lifted her blue eyes back to Jade's own pair of blue eyes. She softened her expression into one of welcoming and spoke, "As Lady of Good Crossing, I accept your request to join our pride, and I am honored to welcome you as part of our family." Zel smiled at the other female, turned, and motioned with her tail for Jade to follow.

Then Zel spoke again, "Our family lives in these caverns. You will sleep in the main cave with the rest of the pride, but you will need a nest. I have personal quarters, but I rarely use them. I prefer to sleep there with the rest of my pride." Zel entered into the caverns with Jade, and looked around for her Servant, Atlas. She didn't see him anywhere, but before she called for him, she spoke once more to Jade, "I will give you time to think on what you wish your job here to be." Then Zel turned to call for Atlas, "Atlas, we have a new family member! I need you to get her settled in!" After calling for Atlas, Zel turned to Jade and smiled, "Welcome to Good Crossing."

They welcome me like family
Friendly and kind
They wait for you and stand by your side

Jade smiled as Zelyra s she welcome her warmly and showed her where they would be sleeping and usch.Jade looked inside the caverns feeling the warm air blowing inside.Then she caught the scent of another lion a male by the name of Atlas or so she had heard.Then Zelyra spoke again,
"I will give you time to think on what you wish your job here to be."
Jade looked away she didnt really like to work but she didnt know what she was good at.She crinkled her nose and flicked her tail in anticipation as she waited for the other lion to show up.
"Welcome to Good Crossing."
Jade smiled and then dipped her head in respect to Zelyra.This was the start of a new life in her new home where her past didnt matter and the future was her choice.
She breathed deeply the cold weather was already starting to get to the large lioness even with her thick pelt.

I feel welcome as almost im like family
I love it

Well, I should say: What's happened has happened. If she's in your pride, she will have to make up an excuse for why she isn't in this area anymore. This still happened so it won't get deleted.
